WhoWe Are?

I Love Paella, USA was born based on a simple fact; we love food. We enjoy trying traditional recipes from all over the world and when it was time for us to try Spanish Paella, we were disappointed by the poor quality that we encountered from different places, so we decided to make our own. The rest is history, after extensive research, we were able to find a way to import organic Bomba Rice and Saffron from a small farm from Albufera, Spain. It took years to perfect our recipe until we were ready to deliver it to the public.

The response from our clients is priceless; we love to see their expressions of awe and delight when they try our paella, and when clients whom have visited Spain and have tried paella give us their approval, what can we say, they make it all worth it!
